I am a qualified Personal Trainer with my Certificate III and IV. I am certified to train children and older adults. I have current CPR accreditation, First Aid, Punch Fit course and Pre and Post Natal accreditation with Fit Nation. I am an accredited CrossFit Trainer, TRX Trainer and I also have a Certificate in Nutrition.
I have always been into fitness and believe that it is a lifestyle rather than a chore. My background however is as a Registered Nurse; I worked in Operating Theatres on and off for over 10 years. Post children I felt the need to change – so I decided to combine my love for exercise with my career and I have never looked back.
As a busy mother of two I understand how doing something for your self takes a back seat. From this I also understand how important it is to take care of your self. By taking care of your health and fitness you are doing the best thing for you and your family.
Studies time and time again have shown that improving your health and fitness not only reduced the risk of heart disease and osteoporosis but also increases your energy levels to deal with today’s busy lifestyle (see articles page)
