You want those results, you got to eat right. Weight loss is 70 – 80% nutrition. Smaller portion sizes, healthy whole foods. Eating 5 – 6 x per day keeps your metabolism burning. It can be done. You just need to make the choice to stick to it. The rewards will speak for themselves. Don’t think of it as a diet, think of it as healthy living. 😀
